Maison Cavaille - Mondeuse

This Mondeuse from Savoie is light and fruity, this rare grape is cloesly related to Bonarda. Think of this as a deep coloured wine but with the body of a cross between Beaujolais and Pinot Noir.

Notes of violets and spice, followed by lively flavours of raspberry, blueberry, blackberry and plum with a peppery finish.
