Alcardet - Cepas Viejas
70% Moravia and 30% Tinto Velasco
Nose: It is complex with shades of red fruits like currant, with certain dairy nuances with a touch of vanilla typical of its passage through wood.
Palate: Well structured wine with a certain acidity giving it freshness in the mouth, slightly spicy aftertaste.
Cepas Viejas is the result of a careful selection of grapes in our centenary vineyards and on a manual table in the winery of the Moravia and Velasco varieties.
Its varieties are in danger of extinction in our region. As a result of this care with which we treat the grapes, we make a different, peculiar wine with well-defined characteristics.
