La Chablisienne - Dame Nature Chablis

Pale gold in colour, limpid and brilliant with golden highlights. Initially discreet on the nose with toasted notes. On aeration, notes of white-fleshed fruits (peach) appear with subtle toasted notes.

Food and wine pairings: Toasted brioche with fois gras, skewered king prawns, sushi, sea bass fillets in citrus.

This wine has organic certification (ECOCERT); both the vineyard cultivation and the vinification respect organic winemaking standards.
